Our approach for installing EV infrastructure provides immense customer value from planning and design, to support, maintenance and scaling.
Our 6-step approach
EVIAM offers a solution for the complete lifecycle of your EV charging stations and for supporting your electrical infrastructure as your the needs of your building change.
Initial Site assessment
We evaluate your current and future needs considering physical, engineering, and legislative constraints.
preliminary proposal
Based on our assessment, we submit a proposal outlining the proposed solution.
Technical Proposal
Upon acceptance by the stakeholders, we develops a more detailed proposal. This document includes full technical details, timetables, and pricing.
Commercial Agreement
Upon acceptance by the stakeholders of the final design, we enter into a commercial agreement.
Installation*
EVIAM installs, tests and commissions the solution and most importantly prepares handover documents relevant to the ongoing maintenance of the site.
Maintain & Monitor
EVIAM can maintain and monitor the site, including activity and performance of assets, network and charger diagnostics, and metering data for billing.
*Once we’ve assessed, designed and finalised your EV infrastructure solution, we will commission new charging stations for use with our EcoStruxure EV Charging Expert load management technology.
Commissioning
Our certified technicians will work both onsite and remotely to ensure the equipment is properly programmed.
In addition, you will receive a detailed commissioning report, signed off by a Schneider Electric engineer, certifying the equipment is set up correctly and fully covered by the warranty.
Warranties
Every EVIAM E-mobility charger is backed by a standard warranty and an experienced service team committed to customer success. Detailed warranty terms can be found in product warranty documentation.
Optional extended warranties are available at the time of the charger purchase to increase coverage length and scope while securing known costs upfront.
Maintenance & Data Management
We follow up with your facilities manager to provide site training and create a maintenance plan to keep your EV infrastructure in premium condition.
Having a dedicated EV manager means your EV infrastructure continues to serve the needs of your property based on real data.
Intelligently scale your EV capability
No one knows the future speed of EV uptake in your building, but we can make highly predictive decisions, based on data from your site, as well as the aggregate of sites across Australia, to direct and inform your infrastructure decisions. The below diagrams shows our Triggered Upscaling model, where maintenance and monitoring provide insight into when you will need to scale your EV capability.
A Phased Approach to EV Infrastructure
